Origami DripperUpdated 11 days ago
Crafted by the Japan-based company, Origami, the Origami Dripper is a versatile and unique pour over method that features 20 ribs/grooves that create a space between the dripper and the paper filter, allowing hot water to escape smoothly and expressing a variety of brewing styles. This stabilizes the speed at which hot water flows down and supports the ideal extraction as imagined by the barista.
Origami's drippers feature the ability to use two types of paper filters: conical (cone base) and wave (flat base), and the ceramic composition of these drippers allows for high thermal conductivity and heat retention properties.
