Partners Coffee: Knowledge Base

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders $35+ and for all subscription orders. We generally see most orders arrive 2-5 days from the time they are shipped. 

If you ever have any questions, though - don't hesitate to reach out to our team!

How long do orders take to arrive?

You will be able to choose the grind for your bag on each coffee's product page. Below are our suggestions:

Whole Bean - For homes that have a grinder to grind fresh at home, 10/10 recommend for super fresh coffee

Drip - (Medium-Coarse) Regular coffee machines

Pourover - (Medium) For hand brewing pour over coffee (V60s, Kalitas, etc.) and for most Aeropress recipes.

Chemex - (Medium-Coarse) For brewing with a Chemex

French Press - (Coarse) For brewing with a French Press

Espresso - (Finest) For brewing espresso

Cold Brew - (Coarsest) For making cold brew


How do I choose a grind size?

At Partners we believe freshness matters!

 That's why when you place an order online, you're not getting a bag pulled from a shelf. 

Our team adds it to a scheduled roast day (based on your order time) and your coffee is made fresh just for you.

How do you "roast to order"?

Our customer support team (AKA: The Brew Crew) is available from 9am until 5pm, Monday - Friday. 😊
