Kalita WaveUpdated 5 days ago
The Kalita Wave is a flat-base brewer with characteristics that set it apart from other pour over methods:
- Filters with wave-like grooves. The filters used for the Kalita Wave feature a 20-wave design that limits contact with the brewer itself, allowing water to flow evenly and at just the right rate.
- Once the water reaches the flat bottom 3-hole design, water is prevented from accumulating, allowing for even coffee extraction.
Don't be afraid to alter this recipe to make it your own! You should enjoy your coffee, however you brew.
