Details:

  • Servings: 1
  • Coffee: 20g
  • Grind: Medium-Fine
  • Water: 200g
  • Water Temp: 200-205°F
  • Ice: 100g
  • Ratio: 1:15
  • Brew Time: 2:40-3:20 min


Directions:

  1. Heat water to temp (205°F).
  2. Add ice to V60 carafe.
  3. Prepare V60 filter - pre-wet then discard water.
  4. Place the prepared brewer with filter onto the ice-filled carafe.
  5. Add ground coffee to the filter and level.
  6. Start timer, then pour 60g water to bloom - stir and let steep 40 seconds.
  7. At 0:40 - Pour to 120g.
  8. At 1:20 - Pour to 200g.
  9. Discard spent grinds and filter.
  10. Gently swirl the coffee within the carafe.
  11. Pour over ice.
