- Grind: Medium-Fine
- Water: 200g
- Water Temp: 200-205°F
- Ice: 100g
- Ratio: 1:15
- Brew Time: 2:40-3:20 min
Directions:
- Heat water to temp (205°F).
- Add ice to V60 carafe.
- Prepare V60 filter - pre-wet then discard water.
- Place the prepared brewer with filter onto the ice-filled carafe.
- Add ground coffee to the filter and level.
- Start timer, then pour 60g water to bloom - stir and let steep 40 seconds.
- At 0:40 - Pour to 120g.
- At 1:20 - Pour to 200g.
- Discard spent grinds and filter.
- Gently swirl the coffee within the carafe.
- Pour over ice.
