- Ice: 100g
- Water: 200g
- Water Temp: 195-205°F
- Ratio: 1:15
- Brew Time: 3:00-4:00 min
Instructions:
- Pre-wet 1 Hario V60 filter and discard excess water
- Add 100g of ice to carafe, placing dripper on top
- Add 20g of coffee to pre-wet filter and begin timer
- Slowly pour 40g hot water in circular motions
- Let "bloom" for 40 seconds
- Slowly pour 80g water in small, circular motions (to 120g)
- At 1:15, pour 80g of water (to 200g)
- Let drain (target brewing time 2:30-3:00)
- Stir until remaining ice is melted and fully incorporated
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
