Ideal for a midday pick-me-up or a sophisticated alternative to traditional sodas.

Tip: This beverage can be made with our Mega Jug Cold Brew Concentrate or our Rockaway Cold Brew Pouches. If you don't want to make homemade vanilla syrup, store-bought vanilla syrup also works great!

Ingredients

• Syrup Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  •  1 Cup Hot Water
  •  1 Tbsp Vanilla Paste/Extract
• Drink Ingredients
  • 1oz Cold Brew Concentrate
    
  • 8oz Sparkling Water
  • Ice
  • Mint (optional)

Directions

• Syrup Directions
  1. Combine sugar, water, vanilla paste/extract and stir thoroughly until all sugar has completely dissolved
  2. Transfer mixture to a glass jar/bottle and let cool to room temperature
  3. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 month
• Drink Directions
  1. Fill a 12-16oz glass with ice
  2. Add cold brew concentrate, vanilla syrup, and sparkling water to prepared glass
  3. Carefully stir to combine
  4. Garnish with mint (if desired)
  5. Enjoy!
