Strawberry and chocolate come together in this hauntingly-decadent latte, made using Count Coffula - Specialty Instant Coffee.

P.S. Outside the Halloween season, we recommend using Brooklyn - Specialty Instant Coffee as the best substitute for Count Coffula.


Ingredients

Strawberry Syrup Ingredients (~2 cups) 

  • 12oz strawberry preserves 
  • 500ml hot water

Drink Ingredients 

  • 5g instant coffee (1 sachet) 
  • 2oz hot water 
  • 35g strawberry syrup 
  • 20g chocolate syrup 
  • 6oz milk/alt m*lk


Directions

Strawberry Syrup Directions

  1. Thoroughly combine strawberry preserves and hot water, then let cool to room temperature
  2. Transfer to a container and refrigerate until ready to use

Drink Directions

  • Hot Preparation
    1. Thoroughly combine instant coffee, hot water, and chocolate syrup
    2. Add coffee mixture to a mug
    3. Steam milk and add strawberry syrup
    4. Layer coffee mixture with steamed strawberry milk
    5. Enjoy!
  • Iced Preparation
    1. Thoroughly combine instant coffee, hot water, and chocolate syrup
    2. Add coffee mixture to a serving glass filled with ice
    3. Combine cold milk and strawberry syrup
    4. Top coffee mixture with cold strawberry milk and stir to combine
    5. Enjoy!
