All orders placed through our website and mobile app will follow our Shipping Schedule. Orders will typically include coffee that is between 1-5 days off-roast (with variations possible), and will typically ship out within 48 hours after order placement. 

Our coffees are still roasted fresh on a daily basis and quickly sent out under our inventory-based coffee system. This process ensures an ample rest period after a coffee has been roasted - a necessary step for a coffee to de-gas and settle into its best flavor profile. With this in mind, when each new order is placed, you'll be receiving coffee that is perfectly rested and ready for brewing upon receipt!

Please note that occasionally (due to extenuating circumstances such as high order volume or holidays) your order may encounter a slight delay in fulfillment.

**Orders that do not contain coffee will still follow this shipping schedule.
