Checkout+ from SavedBy is our optional package protection add-on that provides extra peace of mind at checkout - covering theft, loss, damage, misdelivery, and more.

If you add Checkout+ to an order and that order is lost or damaged, Checkout+ will cover your replacement. 

To file a claim with SavedBy, please take one of the below actions:

1. Visit the "File a claim" link from a previous email from SavedBy.
2. Click the following link: https://savedby.io/file-a-claim.
   

Please note that to file your claim, you'll need to have purchased Checkout+ on the affected order, use the same email address associated with your order, and have your correct order number ready.

Checkout+ is completely optional, and you can remove it at any point during checkout in any of the following places:

• In the cart preview: click the underlined "Continue without protection" text (located below the Checkout+ button displaying the cart total).
• On the checkout page in the order summary: click the underlined "Remove" text located under the SavedBy product.

If Checkout+ is ever added by mistake, please reach out to our team with your order number and a message letting us know you'd like Checkout+ removed. We'll be happy to help!
