Order Stuck in Pre-ShipmentUpdated 5 months ago

On occasion, our shipping partners (UPS and USPS) can face delays while scanning packages at their various distribution centers. Unfortunately, because tracking updates are related to UPS/USPS's fulfillment and our delivery partners are a separate entity, these issues are outside of our control. In most cases when this situation occurs, we typically see that UPS/USPS skips the "in-transit" phase and the next update provided will be straight to "out for delivery".

That said, if there are no updates within the 3 business days following the receipt of your order tracking information, please let us know and we'll see what we can do!
