Order Stuck in Pre-ShipmentUpdated 21 days ago

On occasion, our shipping partners (UPS and USPS) can face delays while scanning packages at their various distribution centers. Unfortunately, because tracking updates are related to UPS/USPS's fulfillment and our delivery partners are a separate entity, these issues are outside of our control. In most cases when this situation occurs, we typically see that UPS/USPS skips the "in-transit" phase and the next update provided will be straight to "out for delivery".

That said, if there are no updates within the 3 business days following the receipt of your order tracking information, please let us know and we'll see what we can do.
