Pumpkin and coffee transform into a terrifyingly-good latte with Frankencoffee - Specialty Instant Coffee.
P.S. Outside the Halloween season, we recommend using Manhattan - Specialty Instant Coffee as the best substitute for Frankencoffee.
Ingredients
- 5g instant coffee (1 sachet)
- 8oz cold water
- 200g pumpkin puree
- 35g sweetened condensed milk
- 200g heavy cream or dairy-free substitute
- 50g granulated white sugar
- 15g vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine instant coffee with cold water and set aside
- Combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla in a blender or with frothing wand until a thick, foamy texture has been reached
- Fill a serving glass with ice, add coffee mixture, and top with pumpkin foam
- Enjoy!
