Pumpkin and coffee transform into a terrifyingly-good latte with Frankencoffee - Specialty Instant Coffee.

P.S. Outside the Halloween season, we recommend using Manhattan - Specialty Instant Coffee as the best substitute for Frankencoffee.


Ingredients

  • 5g instant coffee (1 sachet)
  • 8oz cold water
  • 200g pumpkin puree
  • 35g sweetened condensed milk
  • 200g heavy cream or dairy-free substitute
  • 50g granulated white sugar
  • 15g vanilla extract


Directions

  1. Combine instant coffee with cold water and set aside
  2. Combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla in a blender or with frothing wand until a thick, foamy texture has been reached
  3. Fill a serving glass with ice, add coffee mixture, and top with pumpkin foam
  4. Enjoy!
