Making cold brew just got a lot easier! Each single-use pouch of our Rockaway Cold Brew contains 3oz of pre-ground coffee that fits perfectly in your favorite brewing vessel to create a delicious cold brew overnight.
Our classic cold brew blend brims with flavors of rich chocolate, smooth caramel, and hints of sweet vanilla. Enjoy over ice, on its own, or mixed with with your favorite additions. Use the recipe below as a guide, making edits as you go to suit your own taste preferences!
Don't be afraid to alter this recipe to make it your own! You should enjoy your coffee, however you brew.
Details:
- Servings: 4-6
- Coffee: 1 pouch (3oz)
- Water: 680g (24oz)
- Water Temp: 35-75°F
- Ratio: 1:15 (after dilution)
- Steep Time: 20-24 hours
Directions:
- Add 1 pouch into a large glass mason jar or other similar, sealable vessel.
- Slowly add 24oz of cold or room temperature water, ensuring that the pouch is fully saturated.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Secure the lid.
- Place the container in the refrigerator and allow the coffee to steep for 20-24 hours.
- Once brew time is complete, carefully remove the used coffee pouch and discard.
- Store prepared concentrate under refrigeration for up to two weeks.
- To serve, combine 1 part cold brew concentrate to 1-2 parts water or milk.
- Top with ice, if desired.
