AcidityUpdated 3 days ago
While coffee doesn't vary in actual acidity (as in pH levels), there is a slight varying perceived acidity among different offerings - we associate this with what we call "brightness.” Easy to remember: the lower the brightness, the lower the perceived acidity.
The coffees with the lowest brightness from our core lineup include:
- Jumpstart (medium roast)
- Ghost Town - Decaf (medium roast)
- Flatiron (medium-dark roast)
- Manhattan (dark roast)
The coffees with the highest brightness from our core lineup include:
- Colombia - El Ramo (light roast)
- Brooklyn (medium roast)
- Elevate (medium roast)
- Bedford (medium roast)
