In short- subscriptions are great if you're looking to stay subscribed to one of our mainstay coffees on repeat, while memberships offer an opportunity for those who may be more interested in our single origin offerings and want the opportunity to enjoy free shipping. These are not the only ways in which to utilize these two programs, and are merely suggestions based on popular use.

I have a Partners account, does that mean I have a membership?

• Not automatically! A Partners account can exist separate from a Partners membership. However, an account is required for membership signup. If an account is previously existing, a membership signup will connect to the existing account, otherwise, signing up for a membership will, in turn, create an account for you.

Can I have a membership without a subscription?
