Subscription CancellationUpdated 5 months ago

We hate to see you go! But we're proud to offer our subscribers the option to cancel anytime. Please see the steps below to cancel your subscription.

  • Simply login by clicking the Account icon on our website and logging in.


Once you've logged in, you should arrive within our Subscription Portal.

  • Within the white box on the left, click the blue icon with the "..." inside. A dropdown menu will appear.
  • From the dropdown menu, click cancel and follow the prompts.

If you decide to rejoin our subscription program (we hope you do!) you can follow the steps above to re-activate your account without going through a checkout experience.

You can cancel your subscription anytime by using the Text To Manage feature on your mobile deviceYou can also reach out to us via email, chat, or text - our team can assist in cancellation at any time.
