How to send a gift subscription
- Before you start gifting
- All you need to send a gift subscription is your recipient's name and email address.
- No need to worry about a shipping address or figuring out what grind setting to order - we'll manage this directly with the gift recipient.
- After you've checked out, the recipient will receive an email confirmation immediately or on the future send date you selected, and we'll communicate with them regarding all future orders.
- Your card will only be charged for the number of shipments you originally set up. After all shipments have been sent, the recipient will be able to cancel or continue the subscription with their own payment method.
- Choose the coffee you'd like to gift
- All available coffees for gift subscriptions are linked here as well as in the "SELECT A COFFEE" section below. Please note that our full coffee lineup is not available to send as a gift subscription.
- If you need help deciding, send us a message and we'll be happy to assist!
- Click the "Send As Gift" button
- Click the eligible gift subscription coffee you'd like to send. You'll be redirected to the product page where you can learn more details about that specific coffee. On that page you'll see the Send As Gift" button (located below the "Purchase Options" and "Add To Cart" button).
- Click the "Send As Gift" button to begin the gifting process.
- Select an order frequency
- Decide how often you'd like to send an order. Use the frequency selector to choose the order cadence of the subscription.
- To send a gift subscription, ensure a "Subscribe & Save" option is chosen instead of "One Time Purchase".
- Subscribe & Save options include:
- Send 1 bag every 1 week
- Send 1 bag every 2 weeks
- Send 1 bag every 3 weeks
- Send 1 bag every 4 weeks
- Select a quantity
- Decide how many total bags of coffee you'd like to send. Use the quantity selector to choose the total number of orders you'd like to gift.
- The first order will be charged when you complete checkout, and the following orders will continue thereafter based on the selected frequency and quantity chosen.
- Examples:
- Deliver every 1 week x 7: An order will be processed 7 times, shipping once every 1 week.
- Deliver every 2 weeks x 4: An order will be processed 4 times, shipping once every 2 weeks.
- Deliver every 4 weeks x 2: An order will be processed 2 times, shipping once every 4 weeks.
- Select a delivery method
- You can send a gift subscription via email or print.
- The email option will send the gift directly to your recipient's email address on the chosen send date - no additional action needed from you.
- The print option will require you to print out the gift details after completing payment. You'll then need to provide the printed details to your recipient.
- Add the remaining details
- Add your recipient's details, a from/sender name, and a gift message.
- Add to cart and complete checkout
- After you've completed all the above steps, click the "add to cart" button, and complete checkout. That's it!
