This rich and smooth cold brew whiskey can be used as a base for a variety of drinks. Not a whiskey drinker? Simply replace whiskey with a liquor of your choice for DIY cold brew vodka, tequila, etc. 

Ingredients

• 1 Rockaway Cold Brew Pouch (or 100g of coarse-ground coffee tied in a cheesecloth)
• 700ml whiskey

Directions

• Pour whiskey into a quart-sized or larger container
• Place coffee (whichever method chosen) into the same container
• Let steep for 24 hours, then remove the coffee
• Enjoy in a cocktail, over ice, or on its own!
