Our cold brew recipe is great for everyone from first-time coffee-drinkers to caffeine aficionados. Use the recipe below as a guide, making edits as you go to suit your own taste preferences!
Specs:
- Servings: 1-2 people
- Coffee: 115g
- Grind: Coarse
- Water: 650g
- Water Temp: 35-40°F
- Ratio: 1:15
Instructions:
- Add 115g of coarse ground coffee into large glass mason jar or other similar, sealable vessel
- Slowly add 650g cold water, ensuring that all grounds are fully saturated
- Stir to combine
- Secure lid and allow the coffee to steep for 18 hours at room temperature.
- Once brew time is complete, carefully pour contents through a cloth or paper filter
- Serve over ice: 1 part cold brew concentrate to 1-2 parts water or milk.
