Our cold brew recipe is great for everyone from first-time coffee-drinkers to caffeine aficionados. Use the recipe below as a guide, making edits as you go to suit your own taste preferences! 


  • Servings: 1-2 people
  • Coffee: 115g
  • Grind: Coarse
  • Water: 650g
  • Water Temp: 35-40°F 
  • Ratio: 1:15


  1. Add 115g of coarse ground coffee into large glass mason jar or other similar, sealable vessel
  2. Slowly add 650g cold water, ensuring that all grounds are fully saturated
  3. Stir to combine
  4. Secure lid and allow the coffee to steep for 18 hours at room temperature.
  5. Once brew time is complete, carefully pour contents through a cloth or paper filter
  6. Serve over ice: 1 part cold brew concentrate to 1-2 parts water or milk.
  7. Enjoy!
